2. Google API Services User Data
Our Services may allow you to connect your Google account to access Google Calendar data. This section describes how we handle data received from Google APIs.
2.1 What We Access
When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar data solely to provide the following features:
- Displaying your calendar events within the application
- Providing notifications when meetings are about to start
- Determining meeting links and participants for upcoming events
2.2 How We Handle Google Data
To maintain your Google Calendar connection, we store OAuth authentication tokens (such as access tokens and refresh tokens) and the email address associated with your Google account. These tokens are used solely to authenticate requests to Google on your behalf and are deleted when you disconnect your Google account.
Your actual calendar event data (such as event titles, descriptions, times, participants, and meeting links) is not stored on our servers. Calendar events are fetched in real time from Google when needed and are only held temporarily in memory to provide the features described above.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described above
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with prior notice to users
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
- We do not use Google user data to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- No human reads Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations

Unless otherwise agreed, we do not use customer content to train general-purpose AI models in a way that identifies you personally. For the avoidance of doubt, data obtained from Google APIs is never used to train or improve AI or machine learning models (see Section 2).
